"Bestellung und Stornierung eines Nokia 5230"

Anfang dieser Woche hatte ich bei handy-schotte ein Nokia 5230 bestellt und per Vorkasse bezahlt. Aus bestimmten Gründen musste ich die Bestellung leider stornieren während das Handy schon im Versand war. Der Händler hat die Lieferung umgehend retourniert, sodass ich kein Paket zurücksenden musste -)). Ich wurde gleichzeitig sehr gut per e-mail informiert und heute Morgen habe ich bereits meine Vorkassezahlung einschließlich der Versandkosten wieder auf dem Konto.
Meine Meinung: ein sehr guter und kulanter Online-Händler bei dem ich jederzeit wieder kaufen würde!!!
