"Rücksendung"

Habe das neue Mainboard nicht zum Laufen gebracht -> Rücksendung. Gewartet, gewartet, Kontaktformular bemüht, unmittelbar Anwort bekommen, Ware nicht im System. Dann Sendungsdaten DHL geschickt, 2. Antwort, Ware doch da. 3 Tage später dann das neue Teil bekommen und seitdem alles gut. Fand ich soweit ganz gut und den Text hier habe ich hauptsächlich reingesetzt, weil jemand anders hier auch einen Hänger hatte bei der Rücksendung und das klang so endschlimm, aber nach Nachfrage gab's halt bei mir keine Probleme und mir wurde freundlich und schnell geholfen.
