"Langsamer und teurer Versand"

Kann bei der eigentlichen Abwicklung nicht viel bemängeln. Nur finde ich es schon hart für ne Kamera 8,- Versand zu berechnen und dann 1,5 Tage zu warten bis man das verfügbare Produkt dem Versandpartner übergibt. Bei solchen Versandkosten, sollte es ein Shop es hinbekommen eine Bestellung, welche morgens eingeht (ca. 10.00 Uhr), auch am selben Nachmittag noch zu versenden.

wir sind stets bemüht, schnell und zuverlässig zu liefern. Wir gewährleisten im Normalfall einen Warenausgang bei Zahlungseingang innerhalb von 24 bis max. 48 Stunden. Falls Sie eine Lieferung innerhalb von 24 Stunden möchten, so können wir Ihnen die Option "Express" gegen Aufpreis empfehlen.
Die Versandkostenhöhe richtet sich bei Postware nach dem Warenwert und bei Speditionsware nach Gewicht. Sicherlich bieten wir als "Aktion" Artikel zeitweise ohne Versandkosten an. Dies können wir allerdings aufgrund unserer knapp kalkulierten Preise nicht prinzipiell machen. Hierfür bitten wir um Verständnis.
