"Geld gerne angenommen, Ware schlicht nicht geliefert, keine eigenständige Kontaktaufnahme"

Habe dort bestellt, weil der Artikel, den ich haben wollte, als "auf Lager" angezeigt wurde. Bestellung lief einwandfrei, Bestätigung kam auch sofort.

Die Lieferung kam jedoch nicht. Erst auf meine Rückfrage hin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das von mir bestellte Produkt eigentlich gar nicht auf Lager war.

Zwar bot man mir ein Ersatzprodukt an, das kam für mich aber nicht in Frage. Eine Frechheit finde ich jedoch, dass mein Geld brav genommen wurde, aber weder Ware geschickt, noch Kontakt aufgenommen wurde.
