Zu Bestellungen & Versand kann ich nichts sagen, da ich die Ware immer direkt vor Ort in einem der beiden Ladengeschäfte gekauft habe. Die Angabe der Verfügbarkeit (dh in welches Geschäft ich mußte) war immer korrekt angegeben, der Preis sehr gut.
Ich wußte immer genau was ich wollte, konnte aber auch schon 1-2 Beratungen im Geschäft verfolgen und kann nur sagen, daß sich redlich bemüht wurde. (und dabei nicht unbedingt dem Kunden etwas aufzuschwatzen)
