"einwandfreier Kundenservice auch nach dem Kauf"

mit unserer im Dezember 2011 bei Plus Online bestellten JVC Kompaktanlage hatten wir absolut kein Glück. Schon nach acht Wochen war das CD-Laufwerk defekt, bis August dann noch ein zweites und drittes mal - was für ein Fehlkauf. Über den Plus Kundenservice hatten wir jeses mal online reklamiert, jedesmal kam recht flott eine kurze persönliche Mail mitsamt einem DHL Retoure-Aufkleber für die kostenlose Rücksendung. Nach der dritten erfolglosen Reparatur hatte ich allerdings keine Lust mehr, mich mit dieser miserablen Anlage noch weiter herumzuärgern und trat vom Kaufvertrag zurück. Daraufhin wurde mir angeboten, entweder den Zeitwert von ca. 81€ (NP waren 102€) zurückzuerstatten, oder mir eine gleichwertige Philips-Anlage zuzusenden. Ich entschied mich für letzteres, vor einigen Tagen habe ich die neue Anlage dann portofrei erhalten. Nun hoffe ich, dass diese Anlage technisch etwas standfester ist, aber wie auch immer - der Plus Kundenservice hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Oft zeigt sich ja erst in solchen nicht alltäglichen Situationen, was der Service eines Online-Shops wirklich wert ist. Von daher "danke", dieses Shop- und Service-Niveau empfehle ich gerne weiter.
