"Erster Einkauf bei Plus Online Shop und alles TOP!"

Aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen bestellte ich bei Plus mit einem mulmigen Gefühl ein Notebook, da es sonst nirgends lieferbar war. Der Bestellvorgang verlief vorbildlich und durch die Bezahlung per Paypal wurde das Gerät innerhalb drei Tage geliefert, wie im Shop angegeben. Der Versandkarton war allerdings etwas überdimensioniert und nicht ausgepolstert, wobei das Notebook im Karton hin und her rutschen konnte. Das Gerät war jedoch unversehrt, hatte aber ein spiegelndes Display wozu im Onlineshop leider keine Angabe gemacht wurde. Jene Bestellung wurde daher retourniert und ich konnte gleich Erfahrung mit dem Service machen. Alles lief reibungslos. Vom Bestellvorgang über die Auslieferung bis zum Eingang der Reklamation wurde jeweils eine Email mit dem aktuellen Status versendet. Die Rücksendung der Ware inkl. Rückzahlung der Kaufsumme dauerte ca. 1 Woche, was relativ flott ist im Vergleich zu manchen Mitbewerbern. Ich kaufe auf jeden Fall wieder bei Plus und hoffe dass ich in der Zukunft vor unliebsamen Überraschungen verschont bleibe.
