"Service übel! Lieferung seeehr langsam!"Ich machs kurz: Hab einen defekten Handmixer geliefert bekommen und umgetauscht dazu hatte ich mit Gutschein bestellt. Der gesamt Vorgang dauerte über 6 Wochen und ich habe immer noch keinen Mixer! Emails werden innerhalb einer Woche beantwortet - meist mit Standardtexten und nur mit Druck gibts z.B: den Gutschein zurück - wäre sonst einfach unter den Tisch fallen gelassen. Ein defektes Produkt gegen ein funktionierendes austauschen geht nicht - ich muss neu bestellen (der Sevice ist wirklich übel).
Insgesamt würde ich nicht da bestellen, es sei denn man hat einen Grund (wie ich nen 25Euro-Gutschein...) Theotequila on 06/15/2010, 23:18 |
