"Nie wieder Plus"

Plus Online - davon kann ich jedem nur abraten.
Ich bestellte am 29. September eine Nintendo Wii, zahlte per Sofortüberweisung. Der Artikel sollte laut Shop sofort lieferbar sein. Am 04.11. erkundigte ich mich nach dem Versandstatus. Am Telefon wurde ich daraufhin dreist abgefertigt: "Der Artikel wurde per Spedition verschickt, die Lieferung beträgt ca. 10 Werktage", so der nette Plus-Mitarbeiter. Is klar (Wahrscheinlich kommt die Wii per Schwerlasttransporter von Plus zum Kunden).
Sofort habe ich die Bestellung storniert und die Gutschrift bis heute, 4 Wochen später noch nicht erhalten. Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert. Habe mich daraufhin bei Sofortüberweisung beschwert und meine Anfrage wurde an deren Ansprechpartner bei plus.de weitergeleitet.
Immerhin habe ich danach eine Nachricht erhalten, dass meine "Rücksendung" eingegangen ist.

Nie wieder Plus Online - und von nun an auch nicht mehr offline.

Ich rate jedem von einem Einkauf bei Plus.de ab. Kleine Preise gibt es anderswo auch in Kombination mit Zuverlässigkeit.
