"Nicht zu empfehlen"

Am 12.10.2009 ein Subnotebook/Netbook bestellt, das zu der Zeit anderweitig nicht verfügbar war, laut Plus-Online aber "sofort lieferbar".
Nach Annahme der Bestellung und Bestätigung des Eingangs wurde diese in der Anzeige des Kundenkontos am nächsten Tag mit dem Zusatz "storniert" geführt. Irgendeine Information dazu per Mail gab es nicht. Meine telefonische Nachfrage ergab nach gut 10 Minuten Gedudel zu 0,14 €/Minute, dass die Bestellung angenommen sei und abgewickelt werde. Es sei auch bereits die Kreditkarte belastet worden. Für die Angabe "storniert" gebe es keine Erklärung. Die Lieferzeit wurde nun mit 10 Werktagen angegeben! Mein Einwand, dass doch sofort lieferbar gewesen sein soll, wurde damit beschieden, dass sei doch schließlich "sofort". Es würde ja "sofort" an die Spedition(!) weitergegeben. Die Lieferzeit folge daraus, dass man Notebooks nur mit Spedition ausliefere (das Gerät wiegt 1,3 kg und kostet unter 500,- €).
Ich habe die Bestellung widerrufen und bin nun sehr gespannt, ob eine Rückbuchung der Belastung meiner Kreditkarte erfolgt.
Jedenfalls werde ich Plus zukünftig sowohl on- als offline meiden.
