"Eine einzige Katastrophe - absolute Vorsicht geboten !"

Am 30.11.2007 Packard Bell Subnotebook bestellt, war laut Shop-Anzeige sofort lieferbar. Als Zahlungsmöglichkeit hatte man nur Vorkasse und Kreditkarte - keine Nachnahme ??? Ich wunderte mich damals darüber, heute weiß ich das dahinter System steckt. Ich habe das Gerät dann bestellt, per Vorkasse bezahlt, eine Woche später lautete der Bestellstatus immer noch: "nicht bezahlt". Daraufhin rief ich bei plus an und dürfte erfahren dass zum einen das Geld schon seit mehreren Tagen bei plus.de angekommen war, zum anderen dass das Subnotebook "auf unbestimmte Zeit nicht lieferbar ist" ! Die Anzeige im Shop stand aber immer noch auf "sofort lieferbar" und das gleiche zeigt sie heute noch. Ich habe natürlich die Bestellung sofort storniert und die Rückzahlung des Geldes verlangt, heute, eine Woche später ist das Geld immer noch nicht auf meinem Konto. Ich würde gerne wissen wie viele andere Kunden das Geld per Vorkasse überwiesen haben für Ware die plus.de gar nicht liefern kann. Bei der Größe des Unternehmens kann man von tausenden ausgehen, wie gesagt, das Gerät ist laut Hotline "auf unbestimmte Zeit nicht lieferbar", die anzeige steht aber nach wie vor auf "sofort lieferbar".
Einfach unfassbar...
