"Nicht zu empfehlen! Shop ändert offenbar nachträglich die Preise!"

Habe bei electronic4you ein Smartphone bestellt. Leider musste ich nach erfolgter Bestellung feststellen, dass in der Bestätigungs-E-Mail ein viel höherer Betrag genannt wurde, als der, zu dem ich bestellt hatte. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice stellte sich heraus, dass der Preis während meines Bestellvorganges auf der Produktseite geändert wurde. An den Preis, zu dem ich bestellt habe, fühlt man sich offenbar nicht gebunden. Nach mehrmaliger Schilderung des Sachverhaltes wurde die Bestellung ohne Rücksprache einfach storniert. Daher habe ich den Eindruck, dass dieses Vorgehen eine Masche ist, um Kunden mit einem niedrigen Preis zu ködern um dann einen deutlich höheren Preis zu verlangen.

Ich kann den Shop electronic4you aufgrund den von mir gemachten Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen!
