2) "Auch wir sind auf die AGBs hereingefallen"

Leider hatten wir die vorherige Bewertung nicht gelesen. Auch bei uns war keine Rückgabe möglich da wir als "Geschäftskunde" bestellt haben. Ich bin Kleinunternehmer, und habe soetwas noch nicht erlebt. Auch uns verwies man ohne weitere Ausfuehrungen auf die AGBs welche wir mit dem Kauf akzeptiert haetten. Eine Kulanz koenne nicht eingeraeumt werden.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen der Laden. Wer weiss was die sich noch ausdenken.

Ich kann mich meinem Vorredner nur anschliessen! Finger WEG!

1) "Keine Rï¿œckgabe mï¿œglich wenn Lieferanschrift eine Geschï¿œftsadresse! Vorsicht!"

Leider war keine Rï¿œckgabe mï¿œglich, da ich angeblich Geschï¿œftskunde sei. Eine kulante Lï¿œsung konnte trotz mehrmaligem Einkauf und einem wirklich hohen Warenwert nicht gefunden werden.

Man verwies mich kommentarlos auf die mit dem Kauf aktzeptierten AGBs, auch eine erneute Nachfrage nach einer Kulanz-Abwicklung brachte kein Erfolg. So etwas ist keine Art und Weise im Umgang mit Kunden!!! Wenn nur ein Umtausch mï¿œglich gewesen wï¿œre, hï¿œtten wir bestimmt eine Mï¿œglichkeit gefunden. So bin ich gefrustet und werde definitiv nie wieder bei diesem Hï¿œndler bestellen!

Dies ist meine erste wirklich negative Erfahrung mit Online-Bestellungen, die Kundenbetreuung ist beispiellos unfreundlich, und es gibt kein Entgegenkommen!
