"2 LED-Bausätze bestellt, 1/2 geliefert"Das war die erste Bestellung bei conrad.at und vermutlich auch die Letzte. Ich habe 2 LED-Bausätze für Klangwolken-Buchstaben (http://geizhals.at/200561459) bestellt (bezahlt per paypal).
6 Tage später kommt eine Kuvert mit einem "halben" Bausatz, d.h. ein Bausatz, aber auch der unvollständig weil ohne LEDs. Auf die Rückfrage per E-Mail kam nur eine automatisierte Antwort mit der Zusicherung "Der von Ihnen geschilderte Sachverhalt wird so schnell wie möglich bearbeitet."
Davon ist nach einer weiteren Woche nichts zu bemerken.
Die Bestellung wird storniert. Mal sehen wie lange es dauert, das Geld zurückzubekommen... logan7 on 09/07/2012, 18:09 |
