"24 Stunden Service nach einer Woche noch immer nicht da!!!"

Habe einen Fernseher bei der FIrma Conrad bestellt, auf der Website stand ausdrücklich LAGERND und das ein 24 Stunden Service verfügbar ist, wurde mir von 3 Mitarbeitern bestätigt.
Die Lieferung habe ich nach einer Woche noch immer nicht erhalten!
Der Kundenservice hatte auch keine Ahnung: obwohl auf der Homepage steht "Lieferauskunft rund um die Uhr", kann man nur bis 16:30 nachfragen, und selbst wenn man jemanden erwischt, heißt es nur "die Ware ging raus, mehr können wir nicht sagen", Paketverfolgungsnummer gibt es angeblich auch keine, echt ein super Service...

NIE WIEDER CONRAD!!!
