"Bestellung im Webshop bestätigt, nach 1 Woche kam Absage"Absolut unprofessionelles und ärgerliches Verhalten.
Habe interne Festplatte im Webshop bestellt. Wurde umgehend bestätigt, Lagerstand war - vermeintlich - ok.
Nach 1 Woche kam per Brief die Absage, dass der Artikel nicht mehr lieferbar sei.

danke für Ihr feedback. Bei Festplattenbestellungen kann es dieser Tage zu Ausnahemsituationen kommen. Wie in den Medien und auch im Conrad-Blog (blog.conrad.at) berichtet wurde, hat die Jahrhunderflut in Thailand auch Auswirkungen auf den Festplattenpreis und deren Verfügbarkeit. Wir bitten daher um Verständnis, wenn derzeit manche Aufträge nicht gewohnt reibungslos verlaufen.
