2) "Sehr angenehme Abwicklung"

Es entstanden schon vor der Bestellung Fragen zum Produkt.Diese wurden sehr freundlich, kompetent und rasch beantwortet.
Der eigentliche Bestellvorgang und Abwicklung mit Lieferung und Zahlung war völlig reibungslos und rasch. Alles in Allem SUPER!!

1) "Beratung, Bestellung, Lieferung und Geldrückzahlung erfolgte zur besten Zufriedenheit"

Vor der Bestellung eines CI-Moduls CW für einen TechniSat Rec. erfolgte eine fmdl. technische Beratung, ebenso lag ein Hinweis betreffend der ORF-Card der Lieferung bei. Diese langte am Folgetag bereits ein. Auch die Produktauswahl (Mehrlieferung), die Teilrücksendung und die Geldrefundierung, einschließlich der nicht besprochenen Rücksendekosten, gingen Zug um Zug. Mit einem Wort, diese Firma kann nur bestens empfohlen werden.
