"Das nenn' ich Service"

Ich möchte hier auf eine Service-Qualität aufmerksam machen, die ihresgleichen sucht.

Ich habe einen UMTS Router vom Hersteller 4G-Systems gekauft, der sich leider als sehr mangelhaft erwiesen hat (viele Fehler in der Firmware; miserabler Support, obwohl es sich um einen deutschen Hersteller handelt). Für das Produkt kann der Händler nichts, umsomehr ist das Service zu schätzen.

ElectronicShop24 hat auf meine Bitte um Unterstützung meiner Supportanfrage umgehend reagiert und die Rückabwicklung des Kaufs begonnen, obwohl ich als Firmenkunde nicht unter das Konsumentenschutzgesetz falle. Kundenzufriedenheit wird hier wirklich an erste Stelle gereiht.
