"Lieferzeit wird nicht eingehalten"

Ich habe eine Tasche von der Firma Kavaj bestellt. Der angegebene Liefertermin konnte aber nicht eingehalten werden. Der Grund: um scheinbar Geld zu sparen, wird die Lieferung über den so genannten Großbrief versendet. Eine Lieferart die für den Versand günstiger ist aber für den Kunden Lieferzeiten von bis zu 1 Woche bedeuten. Somit kann Amazon den Liefertermin nicht einhalten. Ein Tracking wie bei Paketen ist auch nicht möglich. Der Amazon-Kundenservice ist sprachlos und erklärt das man erst nach einer Woche tätig werden kann. Ich werde in Zukunft die Marke Kavaj als Hersteller und Amazon als Versand meiden. Übrigends, das Geld wurde auch schön vorher abgebucht und die Rechnung per Mail gesendet. Liefertermin angeblich laut Rechnung der gestrige Tag, obwohl ich noch keine Ware erhalten habe. Somit habe ich bei der langen Lieferzeit auch kein Anspruch auf das 14 Tage Rückgaberecht.
