"Vorsicht! Es werden bei plötzlich nicht verfügbaren Artikeln einfach Ersatzprodukte versendet!"

Ich bitte um Vorsicht bei diesem Shop! Die Angaben zum Lagerstand dürften mitunter nicht stimmen. Artikel werden bei Bestellung nicht reserviert so kann es sein dass bei Zahlungseingang (Vorkasse) der Artikel nicht lagernd ist. Auf dies wird man jedoch nicht hingewiesen und auch auf Anfragen wird nicht geantwortet. Stattdessen wird einfach ein Ersatzprodukt geschickt, das weder im Preis noch Leistung dem bestellten entspricht!!!



In meinem Fall wurde statt einer Seagate Barracuda Green 5900.3 2000GB, SATA 6Gb/s (ST2000DL003) eine Seagate Barracuda EcoGreen F4 2000GB, SATA II (ST2000DL004/HD204UI) versendet!


Edit: der Artikel wurde zurückgeschickt und nach ein paar Tagen hatte ich auch wieder das Geld auf meinem Konto. Aber dennoch die Aussage von Libtec der Artikel wäre falsch deklariert gewesen kann nur schwer zutreffen, das Produkt und die Rechnung wies die Bezeichnung der Seagate Barracuda EcoGreen F4 2000GB, SATA II (ST2000DL004/HD204UI) auf.
