"Kundenverarsche Hoch-10"

Habe dort am 6.1. zwei DVDs bestellt. Auf der Seite habe ich mich nicht registriert, weil ich ja eigentlich vorhatte nur 1x dort zu ordern. Die DVDs sind bis heute noch nicht angekommen. Drei Anfragen per E-Mail, in regelmäßigen Abständen, an den Händler wurden schlicht ignoriert, auch per PayPal Konfliktlösung keine Antwort! Antrag auf Käuferschutz wird in den nächsten Tagen, sollte keine Antwort von denen kommen, gestellt. Denke da kommt keine Antwort. Ist zwar eigentlich ne blöde Nummer so kleine Läden ans Messer zu liefern, aber ich denke schon darüber nach mich an den Verbraucherschutz zu wenden, da es anscheinend nicht nur mir so zu gehen scheint. Wenn man bei Google mal nach anderen Erfahrungen sucht findet man schon einiges. Ich komme mir echt um mein Geld betrogen vor.
Wie der Fall ausgegangen ist wird noch ergänzt.


Hoffe dieser Erfahrungsbericht hält andere Leute davon ab bei diesem Laden zu bestellen! Finger weg!!!
