"Enttäuschung"

Ich wollte ein Nexus 4 in diesem Shop kaufen. Wie allgemein bekannt ist hatte ja Google Lieferprobleme. Ohne mein ständiges Nachfragen, nach Ablauf der angegebenen Versanddauer, wäre mir nie mitgeteilt worden wann mein Gerät versandt werden soll - zwei mal wurde der Termin dann verschoben. Beim zweiten mal auf "keine Angabe". Offensichtlich hat der Shop mehr Bestellungen aufgenommen als er abwickeln konnte. Auch meine Bitte die Lieferadresse zu ändern, was aus der langen Wartezeit von über 5 Wochen resultierte, wurde nicht eingegangen. Ich sehe ein, dass bestimmte Zahlungsmodalitäten eingehalten werden müssen, allerdings hätte man die Situation anders regeln können, als mit einem kurzen unfreundlichen Email. Null Entgegenkommen seitens des Verkäufers. Weitere Emails wurden dann einfach nicht mehr beantwortet. Das die Emails aber gelesen werden habe ich dadurch bemerkt, dass meine Stornierung innerhalb von Minuten durchgeführt wurde. Ich hoffe nur ich bekomme mein Geld auch wirklich zurück..

Insgesamt ein sehr negativer Eindruck. Der Onlineshop wollte mit dem Nexus 4 den großen Gewinn in Österreich erzielen und hatte dabei nur $$$ im Kopf.
