TOP: Ich hatte mein Smartphone Samsung SGH-I780 bei "fonmarkt" / "MOTION TM Vertriebs GmbH" im Februar 2008 bestellt und umgehend erhalten, obwohl es am Oesterreichischen Markt offiziell eigentlich noch nicht verfuegbar war.

TOP: Als sich dann herausstellte, dass Samsung zu der Zeit erst in Lizenzverhandlungen bzgl. GPS fuer Oesterreich war und somit ein wichtiges Feature des Geraetes zwar schon in Deutschland, jedoch noch nicht in Oesterreich verfuegbar war, hatte MOTION TM den Kauf PROBLEMLOS und SOFORT rueckabgewickelt: ich hatte das Geraet zurueckgeschickt und wurde per E-Mail nach der Kontonummer zur Rueckueberweisung des Kaufpreises gefragt.

TOP: Als ich diese E-Mail wegen eines Festplattenproblems auf meiner Seite erst NACH EINEINHALB JAHREN beantwortet hatte, wurden mir dennoch UMGEHEND und PROBLEMLOS der Kaufpreis PLUS die damaligen Versandkosten zu mir PLUS die Versandkosten der Ruecksendung ueberwiesen.

Fuer diesen vorbildlichen Kundenservice vergebe ich die besten Bewertungsnoten!
