"sehr schlechtes Service"

3 mal habe ich mit GrazCamer zu tun:

1.) Objektivkauf SIGMA 18-200/3,5-6,3 DC OS - eingepackt wurde ein Objektiv OHNE Bildstabilisator (fast gleiche Produktbezeichnung, nur das OS fehlt am Ende) - danach viele Telefonate (laaaange Wartezeiten!) und dann 4 Wochen Lieferzeit trotz "lagernd"

2.) Anfrage Lieferzeit für einen Fernsehr LG 37 LG 3000 - oft erfolglos versucht anzurufen, dann ein versprochener Rückruf, der nie kam. Emailanfrage wurde nie beantwortet

3.) Dyson DC23 Animal Professional - lagernd laut Webshop, Bestätigungsemail für die Bestellung, ein paar Tage später Anruf um zu einem anderen Staugsauber überredet zu werden!

Dieser Shop hat wirklich ein Problem mit dem Service. Mitlerweile kommen bei mir sogar Zweifel auf ob die "angebliche Verwechslung" beim Sigma Objektiv wirklich ein Versehen war!
