deliveries are always on time, never had any probs with packaging.
Never needed to contact them or complain yet. There's always an email or 2 to keep you abreast of the delivery & tracking details.

The Hardware information is amazing for finding a truly quiet piece of kit.
Prices are very good, sometimes beaten elsewhere but never by much.

Limited range of products, but I guess that's coz they studiously report the specs so well.

1) "Zu empfehlen"

Am 11.02 ein Scythe Quiet Drive 1000 für 2,5" HDDs bestellt, bezahlt per PayPal, verschickt am selben Tag, angekommen 18.02 (trotz Befürchtung es könnte deutlich länger dauern, aus der Versand-Mail: Expect delivery: Wed 16 Feb - Fri 4 Mar (5 - 21 days))
