Ich habe vor 14 Monaten ein Perrot MKi 9200 Freisprechanlage von haym.infotec bezogen und hatte vor kurzem einen Totalausfall. Nach Kontaktaufnahme per Mail hatte ich innerhalb von 24 Stunden ein Serviceangebot und nach der Übermittlung binnen einer Woche die defekte BlueBox ausgetauscht zurück. Ein tolles und zuvorkommendes Service auch nach den 12 Monaten Garantie, die bereits vorbei waren!
