Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem onlineshop. Bestellvorgang, Information während der ganzen Zeit hervorragend. Über alles und zu jedem Status erhielt ich eine E-Mail. Die Ware wurde schnell und ordentlich verpackt geliefert. Das der Brenner keine original gekauften Bluraydisc abspielen kann, dafür kann der Händler nichts. Das ist eine Falschaussage des Herstellers und hat lizenzrechtliche Gründe, wie ich jetzt herausgefunden habe. Deshalb habe ich das Gerät zurückgesendet. Auch dies ging problemlos. Rücksendeticket angefordert, per E-Mail erhalten. Eingepackt. Abgeschickt. 1 Tag später Rücksendeeingangsbestätigung erhalten. 2 oder 3 Tage später war das Geld auf meinem Konto. Also alles wunderbar gelaufen. Es tut mir persönlich für den Händler leid. Vielleicht kann ich die nächste Ware behalten. Aber da auch die gesamte Rückabwicklung reibungslos verlief.... top Empfehlung von mir für computeruniverse!!!!
