"Lassen einen hängen bei verlorenen Paketen"

Ich habe dort bestellt und die Post hat mein Paket anscheinend verloren. Anstatt hier zu helfen wird der Konflikt mit deren Speditionspartner auf meinem Rücken ausgetragen - während die noch mein Geld haben. Und von wegen Kundenzufriednheit hat hohen Stellenwert, ich habe nie eine der versprochenen Rückmeldungen erhalten.
