"keine Rückmeldung oder Antwort, kein Versand, falsche Lieferzeit-Angaben"

Habe an einem Freitag für einen vierstelligen Betrag Hardware bestellt, erhielt nur eine automatische Bestätigungsmail. Alle Waren hatten den Status "sofort lieferbar", ein Artikel "versandfertig in 2-4 Werktagen".

Nach 9 Tagen ohne irgendeine Statusveränderung kam eine Mail, dass der eine Artikel gar nicht mehr lieferbar wäre, und dass ich meine Bestellung ändern müsste. Ich habe daraufhin ein Ersatzprodukt gewählt (ebenfalls "versandfertig in 2-4 Werktagen") und den Shop gebeten, die anderen Artikel zumindest gleich zu versenden.

Nach 6 Tagen bekam ich eine Mail mit einer nicht automatischen Auftragsbestätigung und der Bestätigung dass mein Ersatzartikel nun bestellt wurde (nach 6!!! Tagen). Dieser kam dann auch offenbar 3 Tage später dort an und mein Paket bei mir wiederum 3 Tage später.

In Summe habe ich 3 Wochen auf meine "sofort lieferbaren" Artikel gewartet, davon die ersten 9 Tage ohne irgendeine Meldung vom Shop oder eine Antwort auf meine Rückfrage. Auch an der Hotline war niemand zu erreichen.

Der nicht lieferbare Artikel steht noch heute mit Status "versandfertig in 2-4 Werktagen" im Shop.
