""Liefert gebraucht defekte Ware, überteuerter Versand!, usw...""

Vor kurzem Bestellte ich eine "Crucial mSATA 64GB SSD". Die Bestellung an sich als auch die Lieferung ging schnell vonstatten, doch als der Artikel ankam, sah es so aus, als ob dieser schon einmal geöffnet wurde und zudem war er auch noch defekt.

Meine Kritikpunkte:
--> Die E-Mail mit der Beschwerde wurde erst nach 4 Tagen beantwortet!
--> Die Versandkosten in Höhe von 7,90€ sind total überteuert, da der Versand der SSD in einem 3,90€ Päckchen erfolgte.
--> Der Telefonsupport ist äußerst ungeduldig und respektlos [frech] zum netten Kunden.
--> MIX-Computer versendet defekte GEBRAUCHTWARE als NEUWARE!
--> Internetseite des Händlers ist unübersichtlich.
--> Man wird regelrecht mit den AGBs des Händlers zugespamt!
--> usw...


Fazit: Bei MIX-Computer wird meinerseits niewieder bestellt! Es gibt sehr gute Alternativen, wie z.B. "Mindfactory", "hardwareversand", "DriveCity", usw...
