"Preis + Lieferzeit sehr gut, Rücksendung etwas holprig"

Ich habe verschieden einen Mini-PC, eine Festplatte und Arbeitsspeicher bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell (Freitag bestellt, Montag da) und die Ware war gut verpackt.
Und die Preise für die Ware war sehr gut.
Leider hatte ich den falschen Mini-PC bestellt und ich habe ihn deswegen zurückgeschickt. Der originale Versandkarton hatte leider keine wie auf der Internetseite unter Rücksendung beschriebene Hermesschwinge, so dass der Rückversand erstmal selber bezahlt werden musste. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf auf Seiten von Mix-Computer.
Die Rückzahlung ging dann allerdings sehr zügig und problemlos von statten.

Von daher bin ich zufrieden :)
