"Artikel doch nicht lieferbar - sehr unkulant"

Habe für unsere Firma Teile bestellt. Das bestellte Mainboard war zunächst lieferbar, am nächsten tag kam die Geldeingangsmail, am übernächsten Tag abend sdie Mail, das Mainboard sei nicht mehr lieferbar - termin unbekannt.
Das einzige Alternativboard, das lieferbar war, ist 4 Euro teuerer, auf Kulanz wollte man es uns aber nicht schicken und bestand auf den Diferenzbetrag. Während heute die reslichen Teile schon geliefert wurden, teilte man uns zeitgleich aber mit, daß die 4 Euro jedoch erst bezahlt werden müssen, nur dann könne man das Mainboard verschicken. Daß wir unseren Kundentermin dadurch platzen lassen müssen, daß bereits andere 800€ per Vorkasse kamen, daß wir als GmbH bestellen und vor allem schon seit rund 3 Jahren Kunden sind, ist bei Mix wohl nicht von Interesse.
Fazit: Bestellung storniert und statt dessen bei einem unserer anderen Händler (Siewert & Kau) bestellt:
1 Euro günstiger, portofrei und garantierte Lieferung am nächsten Tag.

Fazit:
mix - nie wieder als Geschäftskunde, nur was für Kiddies bei denen es auf ein paar Tage nicht drauf an kommt und Service Nebensache ist.
