"Sehr träge Kaufpreis-Erstattung, "Service" absolut inakzeptabel!"

Bestelltes Tablet "Trek SurfTab ventos 10.1 AN4.1 16GB 10,1" funktionierte nicht mal einen Tag ohne Fehler. Ohne ersichtlichen Grund brachte es bereits am ersten Tag einen BlackScreen, und nichts ging mehr. Erst nach ca. einer Stunde ließ es sich dann über den normalen Power-Button auch wieder in Betrieb nehmen. Dann folgten im laufenden Betrieb ständig Aufhänger, egal was man gerade damit machte.
Selbst beim simplen verschieben der Daten vom Flash-Speicher auf SD-Karte und/oder umgekehrt. Finde es persönlich aber echt schade, da das Tablet ansonsten einen guten Eindruck machte, was Verarbeitung, Screen und Handling ausmachten.

Somit retourniert, warte aber leider immer noch auf mein Geld!! Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich!!!
Unter "Service" verstehe ich auch eine _zeitnahe_ Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises und _keine_ "Verzögerungstaktik".
