"Solch einen transparenten Bestellprozess wünscht man sich bei jedem Händler"Unmittelbar nach der Bestellung erhielt ich sowohl eine E-Mail, als auch eine SMS auf mein Handy in welchen der Eingang der Bestellung bestätigt wurde. Der Versand erfolgte einen Tag später und wurde ebenfalls via E-Mail und SMS bestätigt. In der E-Mail war ein Code zur DGL Sendungsverfolgung. Zusätzlich wurde von DHL eine E-Mail mit einem Auslieferungszeitfenster am Auslieferungstag gesendet.
