Hallo,

ich hatte schon vor einiger Zeit ein MaBo eine CPU und ein NT gekauft. Ich warte also 2 Wochen und schreib dann Alternate an weil noch immmer nichts gekommen ist, die Antwort war auf einmal dass es ihnen leid tut, aber die Artikel gerade nicht lagernd sein. Ok, nagut, dann nehm ich halt ein MaBo das um 15€ teurer ist. Eigentlich hätte ich mir erwartet (wie es bei einigen guten Shops ist) dass sie mir diesen Preis erlassen, da es ihre Schuld war.
Wenigstens hatten sie mir dann die Versandkosten für die nächste Lieferung erlassen.
Doch seitdem kaufe ich lieber bei billigeren Shops ein, die einen perfekten Kundenservice haben. (hoh, exacomp, vv-computer)
