"iPhone 4s"

ich habe das iPhone per EMS, was mich zusätzliche € 5,-- kostete, bestellt. Da es bereits Abends war, dachte ich mir, dass es am Montag geliefert wird. Auf Nachfrage teilte mir man mit, dass das Handy erst am Montag verschickt wird und am Dienstag bei murmelte eintreffen wird. Es kam der Dienstag und dann der Mittwoch. die Post teilte mir mit, dass das Handy erst am Dienstag um ca. 17.00 Uhr an sie übergeben wurde. D.h. 4 Tage Lieferzeit und das per EMS. Auf der Homepage steht 1 - 3 Tage Lieferzeit und nicht Bearbeitungszeit!!! Warum wird EMS angeboten wenn es nicht eingehalten wird!?

Das Handy war zwar Originalverpackt, ist aber kein österreichisches Produkt (keine deutsche Beschreibung und der Netzstecker lag lose in der Überverpackung).

Ich werde nie wieder in diesem Shop einkaufen!

Auf unserer Homepage steht folgende Info:

Lieferzeit:

1-3 Tage

Das bedeutet dass das Handy nicht Lagernd ist.

Auf Geizhals ist unter Verfügbarkeit mit Gelb 1-3 Tage (Werktage) markiert.Bei Lagernd ist es mit Grün markiert und im Feld steht L A G E R N D.Deshalb dauert der Versand auch entsprechend länger.

Hin und wieder kommt es zu Lieferverzögerungen die an Kunden weiterkommuniziert werden, da bestimmte Modelle häfiger angefragt werden und deshalb auch längere Wege zu uns haben und dann kommt noch der von Ihnen gewählte Postweg hinzu.EMS bedeutet einen Postweg von einem Wertag ab dem Zeitpunkt der Warenübergabe an die Postfiliale.

Was das Gerät betrifft,handeln wir mit Waren die für den Gebrauch in der EU bestimmt sind.Wir sehen keinen Nachteil darin einen zusätzlichen Netzstecker
gesendet zu haben,denn wäre keiner dabei gewesen,hätte es wieder nicht gepasst.

Das Wichtigste ist, das Gerät funktioniert,wurde in OVP gesendet.
