Habe mein neues Handy bei telbay bestellt und bin zu 100-Prozent zu frieden. Bestellvorgang war problemlos. Wer will muss sich nicht mal registrieren und kann als Gast bestellen, wobei man dann keinen Überblick über den Bestellstatus hat. Wobei ich bei mir nicht lange online nachgucken musste, wo die Ware denn bleibt, denn bereits nach 3 Werktagen hatte ich mein neues Handy. Sonntag bestellt und per Vorkasse (Überweisung) bezahlt, Mittwoch Ware erhalten. Ware war als: "lagernd" gekennzeichnet. Besser gehts einfach nicht!

Service habe ich nicht weiter in Anspruch genommen, allerdings gibt es unter Kontakt sogar eine Festnetznummer unter der man preisgrünstig anrufen kann. Keine teuere Servicenummer also.

Und das beste kommt noch: Deutsche Anleitung wurde zusätzlich zum Handykarton mit reingelegt und.... eine kleine Tüte Gummibären.

Kann den Shop nach meiner Erfahrung nur empfehlen, da alles super geklappt hat und ich das Gerät nach heise-Preisvergleich zum günstigsten Preis bekommen habe.
