Comment on review (Important Note):
"Nach Reklamation lange Wartezeit aber glückliches Ende"Wie in einer früheren Bewertung beschrieben hatte ich nach Reklamation einer defekten SSD lange Zeit von anobo nichts mehr gehört. Nach meinem Beitrag in diesem Forum hat anobo jedoch sehr schnell reagiert, bei ADATA nachgefragt und mir schließlich eine andere SSD von Crucial zum Tausch angeboten. (Bei ADATA hätte es noch mal 2 Wochen länger gedauert.) Die gelieferte SSD läuft nun einwandfrei in meinem System - insgesamt 6 Wochen nach meinem Schreiben an anobo. Somit bin ich am Ende zufrieden, hätte mir nur eine kürzere Bearbeitungszeit und prokative Kundenkommunikation gewünscht. marte15 on 07/22/2012, 21:14 |
