Wie kann es sein, dass ein Online-Shop heuzutage nicht direkt NACH der Zahlung per Kreditkarte mir eine Bestätigung zukommen lässt?

Wie kann es sein, dass ich in Österreich für eine Bestellung über 7 Tage warten muss (Wochenende miteingerechnet).

Nur wegen dem Kundenservice, der mir immerhin innerhalb von zwei Stunden geantwortet hat, werde ich hier nicht ganz negativ bewerten.

Leider gibt es eben Shops, die andere kleinere Shops in Misskredit ziehen.

Werde hier wenn es nicht nötig ist, auch nicht mehr bestellen.

Auf einer Skala von 1 bis 5 würde ich hier 2 Punkte geben.
