"Schlechter Shop - Schnippischer Kundenservice"Hallo,
ich hatte bei Drivecity vor 1.5 Wochen (!) 2 Teile bestellt:
Eine Zimmerantenne
Ein Faxgerät mit Schnurlostelefon
Dann bekomm ich eine Woche später, diesen Montag, die Mail, dass das Faxgerät nicht mehr lieferbar sei, ok ich bestell ein anderes und überweise nochmals 21,93 Euro. Mir wurde VERSICHERT (!), dass die Zimmerantenne lieferbar sei. Nun bekam ich gestern die Mail, dass auch diese nicht lieferbar sei und verlangte nach einem Rückruf, da ich nicht nochmals 6 Euro bezahlen wollte, einzig und allein für den einen Anruf!
Ich wurde heute also angerufen und ich wurde sehr schnippisch empfangen. Dem Typ vom Kundenservice war es scheinbar egal, dass ich ein Kunde bin, denn er gab mir öfters zu verstehen, dass sie mir nur das Geld zurückgeben wollten und dass es halt bei ihnen einen Unterschied zwischen "verfügbar" und "lagernd" gibt, welchen es bei anderen, kompetenten, Shops nicht gibt!
Nun ja, ich hoffe, dass ich zumindest 100% von meinem Geld zurückbekomme und würde euch von DIESEM Shop nur abraten!
Hoffentlich wird es noch eine schriftliche Entschuldigung von DriveCity geben.
