"Hmm was soll ich davon halten?... Versand Schnell ... "Also ich hab ne Graka und einen Monitor bestellt und bin mit der zahlung an mein Pay Pal limit gestoßen ...
Pay Pal wollte dann ne eigenständige überweisung was ja nix mit Snogard zu tun hat.... aber ....
... ich hab Abends bestellt und das ist es passiert es klappte nicht mit der bezahlung also sofort das geld manuell angewiesen an Pay Pal und morgens Pay Pal angerufen die sagten mir das wäre manchmal normal aber so wäre alles ok...
... sofort danach bei Snogard angerufen und die Sache erklärt ... der Kundendiesntmitarbeiter meinte das wäre garkein problem die bestellung würde bestehn bleiben bis die zahlung eingeht aber er werde das nochmal vermerken...
1tag später ist meine bestellung storniert und ich wunder mich ... anruf bei Snogard löst auch verwunderung beim mitarbeiter aus er sagt "verstehe ich garnicht hier steht das sie das auf jedenfall haben wollen" .... mal kurz auf die seite geschaut und festgestellt die Preise wurden erhöht ... war das etwa der grund?? ... ich weis es nicht aber das scheint nach den andern bewertungen hier zu passen schade.
eigendlich war ich immer snogard kunde bin aber meist hingefahren und hab mir nen schönen tag gemacht hab aber noch nie ne reklamation gehabt!
... bei der zweiten bestellung lief aber alles einwandfrei Sardonic on 02/25/2012, 09:27 |
