"Erste Bestellung und es hat alles ausgezeichnet geklappt "Hallo,
erstmal will ich sagen, dass ich eigentlich nie zu gute Bewertungen gebe und eher kritisch bin, egal ob Kundenservice oder Versandzeit.
So nun aber zur Bewertung!
Ich hab vor zirka 1-2 Wochen eine Logitech MX Revolution, einen Quad Q6600 und A-DATA Vitesta Extreme Edition gekauft. Der Preis inklusive Versand betrug ca. 400€. Nun ja, davon sind 20€ (!) Versandkosten, also fang ich erstmal mit dem Negativen an.
Die Versandkosten sind exorbitant hoch. Für 1,7kg (lt. Schein) mit DHL versichert kostet nach Österreich 20€? Naja, ich weiß zwar nicht allzuviel über DHL aber bei einem anderen Shop hatte ich für 1,9kg nur 14€ gezahlt. Kleineres Manko wäre auch dass beim "Betreff" nur "kein Betreff" steht, statt einem gscheiten Titel ;). Das war aber auch schon das Negative ;-)
Die Verfügbarkeit ist sehr gut, und der Email Verkehr idR auch. Erstmals eine Rechnung, dann eine Zahlungsbestätigung und dann eine Versandbestätigung. Also Email-Verkehr ist gut :-)
Die Lieferzeit von Deutschland nach Österreich war auch akzeptabel.
Ich bin, zur Zeit, rundum zufrieden. Sobald noch mein Gigabyte P35 DQ6 kommt, kann ich die Teile auch endlich testen ^^
