"Nicht Prime-Kunden werden mit langer Lieferzeit bestraft!"

Amazon ist sicher der Top-Versandshop in Deutschland

ABER:

Mit der kostenpflichtigen "Prime" Versandoption verärgert man sich alle anderen Kunden.

Ich habe schon mehrfach erlebt, das selbst frühmorgends aufgegebene Bestellungen von Lagerware mindestens eine Nacht liegenbleiben "Versand in Kürze" bevor die Bestellung überhaupt bearbeitet wird. Wahrscheinlich ist in der Shopsoftware fest eine Warteschleife programmiert.

Natürlich entspricht das dem gemachten Lieferzeitversprechen. Es ist aber extrem ärgerlich, dass es vor einigen Jahren eindeutig schneller ging. Irgendwie muss man ja einen Anreiz geben Prime zu buchen...

Ich verstehe es allerdings als Anreiz bei anderen OnlineShops zu bestellen, die es meistens schaffen die Ware noch am gleichen Tag ins
Versandzentrum des Paketdienstes zu schaffen
