"Einmal Top danach ein Flop"

Beim der ersten Bestellung (Samsung Netbook) war alles super. Habe per Telefon nach der Verfügbarkeit gefragt, bekam die korrekte Auskunft uns nach kurzer Lieferzeit was das bestellte Produkt da. Hier war ich absolut begeistert.

Jetzt hatte ich das Noxon iRadio for iPod bestellen wollen. Habe mich im Online-Shop angemeldet, bestellt und gewartet. (Bestellstatus war: Nicht auf lager aber beim Lieferanten sofort bestellbar.) Der Angebotene Preis war 161,90 Euro. Am Tag darauf erhielt ich eine Mail, dass meine Bestellung wegen der Nichtverfügbarkeit beim Lieferanten storniert wurde. Ein erneuter Blick auf die Website zeigte mir das bestellte Produkt mit der Verfügbarkeit "Nicht auf Lager, aber beim Lieferanten sofort bestellbar." Weiterhin gab es eine Anpassung des Preises auf 222,90Euro. Warum man nun deutlich mehr für das gleiche Gerät bezahlen soll? Darüber kann man nur spekulieren. Auf jeden Fall fand ich diese Art mit Kunden umzugehen nicht zufriedenstellend.
Meine Empfehlung: wer hier unbedingt bestellen möchte, sollte lieber vorher anrufen, da die Produktverfügbarkeit ggf. nicht stimmt.
