Habe bei diesem Online-Händler (via ebay) ein Handy (samsung note) bestellt.
Das Handy
-erhielt ich defekt
-die Rücksendekosten (mittlerweile 60€) werden nicht zurückerstattet
-das Handy habe ich nicht zurückbekommen-das Geld auch nicht!

Einige Details: obwohl die Übernahme der Rückversandkosten aus dem Ausland für die Reparatur ausdrücklich schriftlich bestätigt wurde, wird mir jetzt schlichtweg mitgeteilt, ich würde nichts erstattet bekommen.

Das reparierte Handy wurde an jemand anderes zurückgeschickt (trotz vielfacher Erinnerung, daß ich ins Ausland gezogen bin - ich solle mich selbst darum kümmern, wie ich es zrückbekomme). Die korrekte Rücksendeadresse stand auch auf dem Paket!

Ich benötige das Gerät dringend, habe es vor ca drei Monaten bestellt, und habe es noch immer nicht erhalten. Auf emails wird nur sporadisch geantwortet. .
