"Lasst die Finger davon !!!"Ich hatte ein LG GT540 Handy in dem Shop geordert.
Nachdem es ankam fehlten die Software und die deutsche Bedienungsanleitung.
Auf mehrere Mails bekam ich keine Antwort.
Nachdem ich einen rauheren Ton angeschlagen hatte, bekam ich eine genauso unfreundliche Antwort das die Bedienungsanleitung mir in einer Mail gesendet wurde !?
Das ist nicht richtig und außerdem Frage ich mich wieso die Bedienungsanleitung nicht einfach an die Antwortmail gehängt wurde.
Zur Software kein Wort.
Auf weitere Fragen bekam ich keine Atwort mehr. Bis heute habe ich keine Bedienunhgsanleitung und keine Software für das Handy !!!
Bisher hatte ich keine Probleme mit anderen Shops aber das hier topt wirklich alles.
Es stellt sich die Frage wie der Shop bei anderen Problemen reagiert ? Ich denke garnicht !!!
