"Wer warten kann ist hier richtig!"

Am Montagmorgen bestellt und am Donnerstag wurde es versendet!!!
Lieferstatus im Shop war "Sofort verfügbar" nach zwei Tagen (Mittwoch) reichte es mir, ich habe angerufen und wurde nur vertröstet mit den Worten wir haben viel zu tun, aber das Paket wird noch heute versendet. Am nächsten Tag wurde es dann Versendet und am Freitag kam es an.

Ich bin wirklich verärgert hatte sonst immer gute Shops im Internet erwischt, wo die meist wenn die Ware im Shop verfügbar war am nächsten Tag versendet habe.

Auf Anfragen per Email reagierte der Shop einmal gar nicht und sonst knapp 24 Stunden verzögert. Schneller ging es nur über die Hotline (14ct/min).

Zum Produkt: Es wurde eine Samsung Jet (S8000) gekauft, was standartmäßig auf Frankreich eingestellt war (Sprache). Das Original verpackte Handbuch ist komplett in Französisch, es wurde aber ein Deutsche Handbuch separat vom Shop beigelegt.
Sonst bin ich mit der Qualität der Ware sehr zufrieden.
