"Rücktritt nicht gemäß Konsumentenschutzgesetz"

e-tec wirbt damit, dass die Preise nur deshalb günstig sind, da sie keine Beratung durchführen. Ich hatte eine konkrete Frage zu einem Produkt, doch wurde diese dementsprechend dann auch nicht beantwortet. Das Produkt erfüllte diese Erwartung nicht, weshalb es wieder zurück musste. e-tec lässt sich bei der Rückabwicklung allerdings schriftlich bestätigen, dass man eine Gutschrift wolle, auch wenn man die gar nicht will, sonst wird das beanstandete Produkt einfach nicht zurück genommen!
Weiters zieht e-tec von der Gutschrift dann auch noch Geld für Gebrauchsspuren ab (kann eigentlich nur die vorsichtig und ohne jede Beschädigung geöffnete Originalverpackung sein!), auch wenn das Produkt nur ausgepackt, einmal getestet und sofort wieder eingepackt wurde.

Beratung wird in all unseren Filialen (wenn es die Zeit zulässt) und auch über unsere Produktberatungshotline angeboten. Wir bitten um Verständnis dass um diese Jahreszeit zu Stoßzeiten im Sinne der wartenden Kunden keine so ausführliche Beratung als sonst geboten werden kann.
Der Preisabzug in Höhe von 10% basiert auf der Tatsache, dass Sie das Produkt bereits geöffnet und in Verwendung gehabt haben. Hierfür räumt das KSchG auch eine Wertmindungerung seitens des Händlers ein.
Wir bieten unseren Kunden ein kulantes Rückgaberecht von 14 Tagen, jedoch den gesamten Betrag gibt es nur auf OVPrückerstattet.

Daher bitten wir um Ihr Verständnis.
