iNetDocs 2.0 enables KnowledgeTree and SugarCRM integration

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) provider KnowledgeTree, open source CRM specialist SugarCRM and iNet Process have announced the availability of version 2.0 of iNetDocs. The latest commercial release of iNetDocs enables integration between KnowledgeTree's document management system and SugarCRM's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

The integration allows users to search, browse and retrieve documents from within SugarCRM. According to Lionel Fernandes, manager at iNet Process, “iNetDocs turns SugarCRM into a complete workspace for the busy CRM professional. It is now possible to conduct most of the day’s work without ever leaving the SugarCRM application. This integration ensures greater collaboration and compliance by incorporating document access and control right into CRM business processes.”

iNetDocs 2.0 is available as a community or commercial edition, with the commercial edition costing $1,490 for 20 users. In addition to support, the commercial edition includes features that are not available in the community edition. The community edition of iNetDocs is available to download from SugarCRM's community portal, SugarForge, and is one of the site's most popular downloads. A demo is provided on the iNetDocs site.
