Sones Logo German enterprise data storage solution specialist Sones has announced that its GraphDB code is now available as open source. Built on top of Microsoft's .NET Framework and Mono, GraphDB is an object-orientated graph database management system for large amounts of highly connected semi-structured data in a distributed environment.

GraphDB can run on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux and other Unix systems and is licensed under GNU Affero General Public Licence (AGPLv3). The latest release of GraphDB is version 1.1 and its source code is available to download from GitHub.
